Physical shops are going out of fashion while online retail is growing fast.

What are the implications for the commercial property investors? Where are the new retail hubs? How retailers are adapting to the ecom disruption?

Eva Pascoe has set up the first Topshop online and is an e-retailer with 20 years experience. Eva acts as adviser on City Planning for retail and co-author of 2 Grimsey High Street Reports. The reports are done every 5 years and are tracking the changes and new trends in city retail space.

She will be sharing her findings from the High Street Report, talking about the future of retail and the future of the logistics sector, assessing impact of ecommerce and trends in warehouse space in UK and mainland Europe.

Eva will also talk about an online sales tax and warehouse tax. How will the government’s plan for a radical change of taxation framework will impact ecommerce?
