Nicola Millsonfounder of “Green Sky Thinking”, “6-heads”, “Low Carbon Workplace” and “She Leads Change” is a leading sustainability practitioner who helped M&S to develop their holistic Plan A. She has a toolbox full of handy aids on how to hack the present, energise your team and innovate a path for a sustainable future. She is also a retail mentor and a finder of purpose for your teams. She takes an ambitious view of large scale systemic change – and the leadership needed to get us there.

Ella Carlsen O’Connor is an young entrepreneur and co-founder of WowYou.com, a Cotswolds based cosmetics brand providing naturally powered skincare. She is a certified Beauty Magician, with a First Class degree in Chemistry from Oxford and years of experience in sustainable cosmetic product innovation.  

The discussion will be chaired by Eva Pascoe online fashion pioneer, founder of Topshop Online, lead Shopify/Netsuite  ERP expert and a lead for sustainable fashion. Eva is also a co-founder of “Future of Work” Group at Tech London Advocates and spends a lot of time making remote and hybrid teams more effective.
